Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This is a general-purpose template, not legal advice. It's meant as a starting point for a small podcast site. Have an attorney review it before relying on it, especially once you start collecting more visitor data (analytics, ad networks, e-commerce, etc.).

What this policy covers

This policy explains what thefrontlineowner.com collects from visitors, how it's used, and who to contact with questions. It applies to this website only, not to third-party platforms we link to.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us:

— Contact form: name, email address, and message content when you use the contact form. This is sent directly to our inbox and is not stored on the website itself.

— Newsletter signup: your email address, if you sign up to be notified about new episodes or posts.

We do not currently use cookies, analytics trackers, or advertising pixels on this site. If that changes, this policy will be updated.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to respond to your message, consider guest or sponsorship pitches, and send new-episode or new-post notifications if you've signed up for them. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

How we store and protect your information

Contact form submissions are delivered directly to questions@thefrontlineowner.com, hosted on Google Workspace. Newsletter signups are stored only for the purpose of sending show updates. We take reasonable steps to protect this information, but no online system is 100% secure.

Third-party links

This site links to podcast platforms and other third-party services. We aren't responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from newsletter emails at any time using the link in those emails, or by emailing us directly. You can also ask us to delete any information we hold about you by contacting us below.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for a general business-owner audience and is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The last-updated date at the top will reflect the most recent revision.
