The Frontline Owner exists because running a business rarely looks like the highlight reel. This is the show for the people doing the actual work — on the floor, behind the register, in the trenches.
Tina and Todd Yearack are the husband-and-wife team behind The Frontline Owner. Together they co-own an accounting and bookkeeping firm serving around 80 small business owners across a wide range of industries — alongside their son, Reece, who works in the firm too.
Tina has spent 25 years helping small business owners make sense of their numbers, moving from teaching high school business into accounting and CFO-level services. She's known for telling clients what they need to hear, not what they want to hear, in plain English — and The Frontline Owner grew out of her answering the same questions week after week, wanting a way to explain things clearly to owners everywhere.
Todd plays host, bringing the real-world questions business owners are often too overwhelmed (or too embarrassed) to ask out loud — the bridge between the confused-but-capable owner and the person with the answers. When he's not recording, he's back at the firm with Tina and Reece, serving the clients who trust them with their books.
Straight conversations about the hard parts of ownership — money, people, and the decisions that keep you up at night.
Every episode leaves you with something you can actually use in your business this week.
You're not the only one figuring this out. This show connects you to people who get it.
